9/11 was an inside job

I am a fairly passionate person. There's one thing I'm passionate about that eclipses many others - my belief that the events of 9/11/01 were perpetrated as a "False Flag Operation," in the same manner as were the incidents of the Gulf of Tonkin during the Vietnam War and the Reichstag Fire, used by the Nazis to further entrench their power in pre-war Germany in 1933.

Ah, I can already hear the sighs of "another nutty conspiracy theorist" emerging from some of you readers. On what do I base my belief? Let me first refer you to David Ray Griffin, a former professor of Theology who has written extensively on this subject - and I might add most compellingly. He puts the "conspiracy theory" argument in a clear context. First, he reminds us that any group of two people or more who plot any sort of illegal action is considered a conspiracy. In fact, the official theory regarding the events of 9/11 - 19 muslims armed with box cutters infiltrate multiple flights on the same day and crash into the Trade Center, amongst other places, bringing them down - is itself a conspiracy theory involving these 19 people plus a group of others who planned and facilitated their actions.

I don't have a precise "theory" as to who planned and carried out the events of that day - but I have opinions that at least narrow down the group of "usual suspects," as they might call them in the movie Casablanca.

The information I use to back up my ideas is supplied chiefly by investigations and ideas put together by a group of people led by Richard Gage on the website "AE911truth.org." If you visit that website and look at the various videos, slide shows and reading material they have gathered - presented by architectural and engineering specialists - you will find very compelling evidence that the WTC buildings (including building 7 - a building that was brought down that day which was not hit by an airplane and had only small fires in various places inside) were in fact brought down by CONTROLLED DEMOLITION.

Don't take my word for it - look at their evidence and decide for yourself. They've been taking this information around the world - mostly to other architects and engineers, and the percentage of these experts who have become equally convinced of the use of controlled demolition is very high indeed - I would venture to guess in the 80 to 90% range, if not higher.

From an acceptance of the use of explosives to bring down the three buildings, it is a very small step indeed to the question, "who would and could have placed explosives to carry this out, and who would have the capability and total lack of ethics and morality to plan such a deed, knowing that it would likely kill thousands of people?", which of course it did. This is not even to mention the millions of people who have been killed, injured and/or displaced since the beginnings of the Iraq War, as well as the actions taken in Afghanistan and Pakistan, and now Yemen.

We have arrived at the possibility of "False Flag Operation" in no time at all. Two elements stand out immediately as probable purposes for planning such an event. First and foremost is money. The second, almost inseparable from money, is politics - which in my view can be used as the "accepted" way to "launder money."

The tortuous trail that was used to connect 9/11 to the Iraq War has been well explored, along with the background incentives of gaining control of middle-eastern oil reserves. This incentive combines money and politics directly.

Another financial incentive lay in the fact that the WTC center was a huge money loser which threatened to become even more huge due to the need for replacement of asbestos and other such improvements.

A third financial incentive was the fact that in building 7 were vital records regarding SEC affairs, the Enron case and like material. "Losing" these records would be a very convenient way of covering up multiple financial scandals, along with disemboweling many pending criminal and civil court proceedings.

There is no way I have the ability to discern the legal accuracy of a claim that these things were connected to the collapse of the WTC buildings, but with the information gathered by Richard Gage et al there is no question in my mind that this matter needs to be brought before the people, both via media and via further investigations and legal recourse.

Whoever the guilty parties really are, and I do have my guesses, they should be brought to light and brought to justice.
